Witches Stitches Fabric Basic Long Arm Quilting

 

If you are like most quilters, you love to piece the tops but quilting them is another story!! You have put numerous hours and dollars into your creation? Or maybe you don't know how to quilt but would like to have an heirloom custom made for someone special.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preparation of your Quilt:

Your quilt top should be pressed carefully, and all threads clipped. The backing and batting must be at least 4 inches greater than the quilt top on all sides to allow for proper loading onto the machine. The backing should be squared up and pressed. Do not pin or baste your top, batting and backing. If your top is not flat and/or has wavy borders, please note that these cannot be quilted out and may cause tucks or puckers in the quilting. In some situations, the borders may need to be reapplied if they are too large for the quilt center and do not lay flat. Please, no bed sheets for backing. There will be a $10.00 charge for each if I need to press, clip threads or square your backing.

Minimum Charge $40.00 or $50.00 for custom quilting order

Continuous line $2.00 per sq foot/inches

Custom $3.00 per sq foot/inches

Quilt Prep - ironing, squaring corners, thread cleaning, etc. $25.00

Fee calculation:

Length in inches x width in inches, divided by 144, times the cost per square foot = Quilting Fee
